Commissioner Rachel Arfa of the Chicago Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD) will speak about what MOPD does and the services it provides. Under her leadership, MOPD has expanded its programs and services to serve more individuals better. She will answer any questions or concerns you may have.

CART captioning will be provided for the speaker segments.
A light luncheon will be served, courtesy of Advanced Bionics. Representatives from all sponsors will also be available to provide information and answer questions about their product and service offerings.
